As a Talent Acquisition at Addionics, you will take part in end-to-end hiring processes, provide feedback and insight in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding. Lead initiatives to ensure we maintain and continuously build the best teams and company culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career interested in developing an expertise in international recruitment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Training and taking part in the company's full hiring cycle process including creating job descriptions, sourcing, CV screening, conducting in-person interviews, reference checks, etc. 

  •  Creating a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through various channels: direct sourcing, recruiting agencies, employee referral etc. 

  • Be a trusted partner with hiring managers

  •  Initiate creative employer branding initiatives

  •  Facilitate the very best experience for each candidate 

  •  Partner with managers to create the best onboarding experience for new employees on our teams

  • Constantly drive towards employees’ professional success and well-being through building strong relationships and identifying organizational needs 

 

Requirements :

  • Native English and Hebrew - must

  • Experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates - big advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Passion for recruiting 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in related field
