Yesterday morning was a big day for Addionics and especially for our UK offices that received and unpacked our first batch of coin cells based on Addionics patent-pending technology! This special package was sent straight from San Sebastian where our the cells were produced at Cidetec’s industrial production facilities.
With these samples in, we will be able to compare our cells with standard cells and quantify the high advantages of Addionics core technology. And, to do so we are putting together our 40+ years of expertise with the most advanced characterisation techniques available today.
This key milestone paves our way towards meeting the EV requirements and we look forward to moving on to the production of larger cells very soon. Stay tuned !
