Office Manager & Executive Assistant / Tel-Aviv, Israel

Addionics, a fast growing startup that is revolutionizing the battery industry, is hiring an office manager. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate self learner who is keen to help shape the culture of our international company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly

  • Develop and execute Employee Well-being scheme:

    • Company internal events - including London office (Religious/national holidays, birthdays, team outings)

    • Swag (onboarding gifts, parcels)

  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary (food, drinks etc)

  • Support R&D small deliveries

  • Working with suppliers in Hebrew

  • Flight booking (with our travel agent)

  • Scheduling group meetings

  • Maintaining Google calendars and accounts

  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves

  • Maintaining IT infrastructure (Internet and alarm systems)

  • Provide other administrative support to our UK office as necessary

 

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English & Hebrew

  • Must be proficient with Google products

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

  • 2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and prioritisation skills

  • Time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
