Responsibilities

Full administrative support

Meeting:
-
Supporting and executing an annual plan for meetings (& general relationships/communication) with investors and advisors

Drafting meeting minutes
-
Traveling:
-
Coordinating meetings and assisting in planning the agenda for the trip

Flight booking - with our travel agent
-
Hotel reservations - with our travel agent
-
Other travel bookings such as train tickets
-
Booking restaurants for meetings abroad
-
Scheduling meetings with key people
-
Being available on a daily basis over WhatsApp

Visa (US / UK) on a needs basis

Events:
-
Registration
-
Sending relevant material to event planners
-
Buying gifts for investors and key people
Qualifications
-
Fluent in both English & Hebrew
-
Must be proficient with Google products
-
Bachelor's degree
-
2 years of work experience in office management/executive assistant positions

Attention to detail
-
Ability to work under time pressure

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
