Addionics, a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the battery industry, is hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate service-oriented, self-learner who thrives and flourishes from working in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full administrative support

  • Meeting:

  • Supporting and executing an annual plan for meetings (& general relationships/communication) with investors and advisors

  • Drafting meeting minutes

  • Traveling: 

  • Coordinating meetings and assisting in planning the agenda for the trip

  • Flight booking - with our travel agent

  • Hotel reservations - with our travel agent

  • Other travel bookings such as train tickets

  • Booking restaurants for meetings abroad

  • Scheduling meetings with key people

  • Being available on a daily basis over WhatsApp

  • Visa (US / UK) on a needs basis

  • Events:

  • Registration

  • Sending relevant material to event planners

  • Buying gifts for investors and key people

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English & Hebrew

  • Must be proficient with Google products

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of work experience in office management/executive assistant positions

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
